Leonnie graduated in 2013 majoring in Human Resource Management. She has worked within a number of leading fast-moving consumer goods companies including Pepisco, Coca-Cola Amatil, and Diageo. Since moving to Sydney, Leonnie has been involved in large scale HR transformation projects, such as embedding a new HR shared service model across Australia and Asia Pacific.

She has built her on change and program management experience leading restructures and organisational design initiatives across Woolworths, Virgin Australia and NSW Government. Leonnie enjoys the challenge of navigating through ambiguity and loves a good project plan.

Outside of work, Leonnie enjoys discovering new brunch places and visiting tropical destinations.
