The AMP Graduate rotational program offers you a personalised development opportunity like no other. As a graduate, you will complete a two year program, rotating four times across the AMP Technology business. Taking on meaningful work from day one, you'll be guided through a tailored training program which aims to accelerate your personal and professional development.

AMP Technology Graduate Program 2021

The AMP Technology graduate program offers pathways for graduates who are technically or business focused and want to apply their skills in an innovative and global environment. From our developers, to software engineers, to Solution Architects, Operations Analysts and Business Analysts, everyone's contribution is valued from day one. We work and grow together to transform our future, today.

With a focus on designing, developing and enhancing our technology systems and architecture, our graduates are drivers of change who are passionate about creating market leading customer and employee experiences.

Providing the opportunity to grow transferrable capabilities including extensive programming, coding, development and change management skills, the AMP Technology graduate program puts our graduates at the forefront of an ever changing Technology landscape.

Technology rotations

The Technology two year graduate program begins in February 2021 and provides an opportunity for graduates to complete four, six-monthly rotations within areas of their choice such as:

• Cyber-security
• Digital
• Strategy & Architecture Practice
• Cloud
• Change Management
• Business Analyst Practice
• Project Management
• Strategic Sourcing Group
• Service Strategy & Planning
• IT Services & Major Incident Planning
• Workforce Management
• AMP Capital Technology – Enterprise Data Office, Cloud & Data Integration, Real Estate, Digital & Innovation

Following the program, Technology graduates have the opportunity to move in to many roles across our business including: Developer / Software Engineer, DevOps Engineers, Solution Architect, Data Analyst / Architect, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, Change or Project Manager.

Application Requirements:

• Complete your undergraduate studies in 2020, or have completed your undergraduate studies in 2019
• Minimum credit average
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident
