When you join APM, you'll start off with a smooth, supported induction to help you transition into the workplace. From there you'll be offered a series of learning and development opportunities, 1-to-1 mentoring, shadowing experiences and exposure to a variety of casework to support your growth and set you up for success over the two-year program.
