The diversity of work/rotations available to do during the Graduate Program.
The work hours are flexible, and I enjoy working 9 days over a fortnight to have Friday off every second week.
The company has an open-door policy... coordination and teamwork... everyone has the same goal.
The graduate program provides us with a lot of offsite training and workshops to build ourselves with non-technical aspects.
There are a lot of opportunities for us to go into a more permanent role, and the graduate program is set up to develop us into an employee that they want to retain.
The Graduate program is heavily male-dominated.
As a temporary visa holder, it does feel uneasy that the company does not provide sponsorships for internationals.
The noise from the facilities does come through the walls often and could be a bother for the office people.
The pay is fair as a starting point, however, it would be better for the company to individually assess the skillset and educational level of the candidate.
It would be good to see more females in the Graduate program.
