The pay is fair as a starting point however it would be better for the company to individually assess the skillset and educational level of the candidate to consider different pay levels.

The pay as a graduate is industry standard so nothing much to say here.

Pay is alright, bonuses are awarded based on your productivity when year-end performance reviews come around. Typically in line with other office jobs. Remuneration packages are stated in TFR (total fixed remuneration) so a stated value will actually be less cash received, as it is already including super (so you'd have to subtract ~10.5% of the stated TFR to calculate your actual base salary).

Can't complain as it is the industry standard package for graduates, however, personally I wish it was more than what it is currently. With time it does increase as I understand within the graduate program itself, in set roles I am not sure on how bonuses and pay works.

I am currently a fresh graduate so I feel the pay is of national standard so I think it is fair.

I think the bonuses are good but I would like for the pay to be just a bit better than what it is considering the current cost of living.

Our pay as Graduates is within the average rates compared to the market.

Salary is good, super is inclusive which is misleading. In 3 years I have never been paid overtime, HR consider additional hours "reasonable additional hours", however will refuse to define what this means exactly. Ship building has small margins so i don't expect mining and oil and gas money, otherwise i would work in these sectors. Salary's are adjust yearly in the graduate program. lol bonus.

They are not as competitive as Mining in WA. But the industry is much more recession proof and less impacted by cyclical shocks.
