There is no bonus scheme applicable to graduates. rates of pay are determined in negotiation with the union and are published online.

Graduates do not receive bonuses, we do however get pay increases each quarter and we also have annual leave loading which helps. i am content with the pay and excited about the opportunities after the graduate program.

A few corporate discounts. not really many perks to be honest.

They have deals at most times at stores and even other company's such as qantas there has been a few instances were a dinner or food has been provided which has been good and then trips to work sites have also been paid for which is a good experience there has also been times when you get offers from vendors to attend events but haven't attended any yet.
