A Night in the Army Reserve Hobart

Defence Force Recruiting will be hosting an upcoming Reserve Base Open Day at Derwent Barracks in an exclusive opportunity for members of the public to experience a functioning ARES Base, with selected equipment on display and serving military members to speak to.

This event will include a presentation regarding life in the Army Reserve. Come along and find out about available roles, what to expect from the recruitment process, enlistment and training, and physical fitness.
