Great location. offices vary - some are new and others are old buildings with limited facilities (could use some refurbishment). dress code depends on division. some have uniform shirt. unless public facing, generally very relaxed.

The company has great facilitates, however (in my area) there is no real area to "lounge" like a tea room or something. the office area is great. most people share an office (it is not an open floor plan or hotdesking). the dress code is smart casual, however in my business area i see everything from dress pants and long sleeve button up shirts, to jeans and converse.

Anything from half-smart casual up to full suit type attire. very flexible.

Semi-open plan, standing desks, parking next to the building. overall good.

Office spaces are dependent on the team/area you work. any where between the 70s to freshly renovated places. the dress code is also dependent on the team, however there is no mandatory code outside of safety requirements for a partcular location.

Being out of the city the offices are a bit more laid back. the site is lovely, with lots of trees and our own soccer field and pool.

The office spaces are nice and well equipped. the dress code depends on the area you work in, but in general the code is casual but professional.

Ansto has a mix of new, modern buildings and old, legacy buildings that require upgrade. the dress code is fairly casual.

Ansto has many scientific facilities, some of which are 50+ years old, others are newer. most of these are situated at lucas heights, but there is also the imaging cyclotron, and of course, the synchrotron in melbourne. my working space is fine and has everything i need. i wear the uniform most days - whether it's compulsory and free, or optional and not free depends on your area. ansto is a pretty no fuss place, but we do have a pool and cafe.

Some offices are aged and other new and modern. dress code is flexible.

Some areas are older as this is a growing company, but the facilities make up for this. there are stylish and comfortable uniforms available

The company's office spaces vary. there are multiple buildings on site and some are older than others. as expected, the newer buildings are more pleasant to be in but efforts are made to ensure the equipment is top notch and if i want i can get a standing desk. each building meets australian standard requirements, with good kitchen and showering facilities. as a requirement by law, the company is quite isolated, but it is quite beautiful as it is surrounded by bushland and there is plenty of space to spend outside. often going to meetings requires walking between buildings, which is an easy way to get out of the office. there is no dress code, except for safety requirements. i.e. safety boots or long pants in certain areas. there is also a uniform shop where company issue clothing and safety clothing can be acquired if one desires to wear it.

Huge amount of space, and a mix of personal offices and shared offices for the extra company dress code is flexible

Offices are comfortable. location is awesome - surrounded by national park and away from the hussle and bustle of the city. dress code is on the casual end of business, certainly not suits and ties.

My office looks out into lush bushland, with a family of kookaburras living in a tree. the aesthetic is brilliant. however, if you'd like to eat out, it's a drive rather than a stroll to find some options.

Older buildings, but i'm happy to not be in a cubical farm. offices and personnel space come second in new buildings to the specific task, and often get removed or downsized, leading to offices that are not built for purpose. we need much better teleconferencing and small "meeting rooms" like our melbourne campus has.

The location is fairly remote, but set amongst beautiful bushland. there is plenty of space to eat lunch outdoors, go jogging/cycling and play sport. because of the age of the workplace, many buildings/offices/laboratories are old, but we make a good effort in sharing facilities and keeping costs down. the dress code varies substantially from area to area due to ppe requirements and specific work activities.

The office spaces at ansto are varied. some of the buildings are quite old and some are new. my current office space is an open plan cubicle type area in a new building so it is quite nice. dress code is generally smart casual to casual corporate. many of the management wear suits but the engineering staf often wear work gear. the location i am working in is quite far out of the city and a bit of a pain to get to on public transport. there is a cafe on site though so there's a place to eat if you don't want to bring your lunch from home and the food there is pretty good and decently priced.

Fantastic. i do know that some facilities on site are less modern though. 2x huge monitors was great

Some offices are newer, or older buildings that have been refit. the old buildings (from the 1950s) which have not had a refit are pretty gross, and i'm sitting in one now. dress code is pretty casual office wear, collared shirt and pants (or skirt) is appropriate most days and jeans and t shirt on casual fridays. very few people wear blazers, high heels etc.
