In the interviews, I was asked about my academic background, including my experiences in high school and university, and the type of environment I grew up in. They were interested in understanding what led me to choose structural engineering as a career. I was also asked about my approach to problem-solving on projects, my ability to work in a team, and how I handle tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Additionally, I described a challenging project I had worked on in previous employment and explained how I overcame the obstacles.
