What you’ll do
Striving to achieve HSEQ excellence is an integral part of what we do - it’s what we like to call the BMD way. As a HSEQ Graduate, you’ll get the chance to explore multiple functions of the projects you work on to get an in-depth understanding of requirements associated with BMD’s health and safety, environmental, and quality obligations. You will work as part of the team and play a key role in ensuring all work is delivered in accordance with the HSEQ aspects required for the project.

To be successful, you will have strong decision-making and communication skills, creative thinking and the drive to experience real hands-on work in the field. We are also looking for a graduate who can showcase resilience, enthusiasm and a passion for teamwork to achieve positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
To qualify for this position, you must have completed a Bachelor of occupational health and safety science, environmental science or engineering or related discipline (or graduating in 2024 or mid-2025). Candidates will require your own transport to site.
