What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
They are both good
Graduate, Newcastle - 19 Sep 2024
Pay is good, both as an intern and a graduate, and bonuses are given to all full/part -time employees based on personal and company performance
Graduate, Brisbane - 13 Sep 2024
Good pay and bonuses at lower levels eg grads. less competitive in P2 roles
Graduate, Brisbane - 09 Sep 2024
My pay is one of the highest starting wages for someone in my role across various companies, but sadly the starting wage is not high enough to combat the current cost of living crisis.
Graduate, Brisbane - 09 Sep 2024
The base salary is great for a graduate program.
Graduate, Brisbane - 09 Sep 2024
The graduate role salary is competitive, which is a huge pro. Unfortunately, after the grad program, the salary for full time workers is not as competitive.

Boeing provides very competitive salary.
Graduate, Adelaide - 22 Oct 2021
I think that the company pays early careers employees pretty well for the work that we are expected to perform. Bonuses can be a bit hit and miss depending on how the company performs but when the company does well the bonuses are decent.
Midlevel, Brisbane - 21 Oct 2021
around industry average but would be nicer to be more competitive with Expedia, Amazon, Rio Tinto, BHP and other big fortune 500 companies in Brisbane
Graduate, Brisbane - 18 Oct 2021
Average pay for graduate. Bonus is dependent on individual performance and company performance (5-10% salary)
Graduate, Newcastle - 15 Oct 2021
Very competitive relative to other graduate programs. Good system for bonuses and salary reviews.
Graduate, Brisbane - 14 Oct 2021
Pay is intentionally kept at 80% of market rate, have not received bonuses in several years (company wide)
Midlevel, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
Currently on a graduate salary, so believe it is a little low for the work load I am doing in comparison to other members earning a lot more and doing the same work load. But hope that will increase soon. Haven't received any bonuses yet.

No perks
Midlevel, Brisbane - 13 Oct 2021
There are a few perks that are good, however haven't received/ been shown any free perks just discounts on retail and other company items. Haven't used them yet but would be good when wanting a cheaper price on certain items. These were never shown to me and had to find myself.
