A rare opening in the Canstar Marketing team has become available and we are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Assistant to join us!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supporting the performance marketing team to execute strategy and achieve performance goals
  • Implementing new campaigns and optimise existing activity
  • Expanding knowledge in pay-per-click industry trends to educate stakeholders
  • Reviewing search opportunities, competitor activity and keyword analysis to drive decision making
  • Creating, managing and supporting keywords, ad groups and campaigns

What You Need To Bring To The Role:

  • Strong theoretical understanding of paid search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads)
  • Good theory in paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (particularly Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Superb attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Keen learner with appetite for professional growth
  • Passionate about search and digital marketing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What Will Give You The Extra Edge: 

Completed or studying a certificate, diploma or degree in marketing with courses in digital marketing
