Help develop and architect software solutions to assist people using our website and apps, engage in agile workflows.
I rotate through different departments, so my responsibilities change every 6 months.
My role has grown as my experience has grown, I'm continuously encouraged by my team lead to make sure I'm being challenged and growing. I sit in the data team and switch predominantly between helping ensure our tracking across the business is stable and consistent, and with helping to create and extend our data pipelines to make data available for the entire company.

Everyone is so supportive and passionate about what they do! Everyone loves to help, no one has ever made me feel silly for asking a question or not understanding.
A lot of exposure to different areas and teams in the business, can work with a lot of technologies and the culture here is amazing!
Not having as much flexibility in having rest days. For example, many other companies are allowing employees to take a rest day each month, while others are allowing staff to take off a day every week or fortnight. This would help individuals with family commitments or just getting things done (e.g. servicing car, appointments, etc.).
Sometimes, things are a little bit slow as there are a lot of things that go through higher ups.
