This is your opportunity to start your career in data at car sales. As a data graduate, you will deliver more than just solutions and perfecting techniques, you will be joining an agile, dynamic and fast-paced team that thrives off creativity and collaboration to problem-solve commercial ideas whilst identifying future industry trends.

What you’ll do
You will join a dynamic 18-month graduate program, commencing in February 2024, aimed at developing a future career in the data space. You will be supported to grow your capability across all areas of data, from engineering to analytics and insights. You will have the chance to create an impact on projects that really matter to our business and we'll surround you with a support crew of motivated, and creative people. There will be lots of laughs along the way, whether it's participating in our Hackathons, lunchtime yoga or sending GIFs.
You will complete three, six-month rotations in different Data Teams across the business. You’ll get the opportunity to really understand how we solve business and customer problems. At the completion of the 18-month program, you will continue as a permanent ongoing employee.

I rotate through different departments, so my responsibilities change every 6 months.
My role has grown as my experience has grown, I'm continuously encouraged by my team lead to make sure I'm being challenged and growing. I sit in the data team and switch predominantly between helping ensure our tracking across the business is stable and consistent, and with helping to create and extend our data pipelines to make data available for the entire company.

Everyone is so supportive and passionate about what they do! Everyone loves to help, no one has ever made me feel silly for asking a question or not understanding.
A lot of exposure to different areas and teams in the business, can work with a lot of technologies and the culture here is amazing!
Not having as much flexibility in having rest days. For example, many other companies are allowing employees to take a rest day each month, while others are allowing staff to take off a day every week or fortnight. This would help individuals with family commitments or just getting things done (e.g. servicing car, appointments, etc.).
Sometimes, things are a little bit slow as there are a lot of things that go through higher ups.
