Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Can be very slow to hear updates. The interview process can be daunting but it was a good chance to be trained across government interviews and assessment centres.

The graduate recruitment round went through the following steps: - online application form - psychometric/personality tests - online interview and online activity task - notification of offer or of merit listing

The written assessment component was a good challenge, the topic I had was relevant to what has happening at the time. The online assessment was standard just like any other assessment in other graduate hiring process. The interview process was standard just like any other interview.

The interview process is intense. After the application process I had to complete various online psychometric testing and participate in an assessment centre which consisted of a group activity, written/verbal task, and interview.

Find as many real life examples that display the positive qualities you bring to a workplace. Use these examples to answer as many questions as possible. The more you answer interview questions using real life examples to strengthen your point the better.

Be prepared to receive very little communication, however do they work you're asked to do, even if it seems irrelevant. Persistence and patience are the main skills you will need.
