 Hiring Criteria

We’re interested in people with diverse experience, from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about building a career with DuluxGroup. This means we’re looking for people who have:

• Completed a degree within the last two years (or due to complete before Feb 2024).
• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Mechatronics, Manufacturing.
• An interest in stepping into an accelerated leadership program.
• A focus on their career and the future, with a passion for gaining diverse work experience.
• A drive to understand the “why” and “how”.

 Work Requirements

• Full Australian or New Zealand Working rights.
