We are looking for the next DuluxGroup leaders to join our Graduate Program. Our 3-year program kicks off in January 2025 and if you are successfully offered a place, you will also be offered 3-month casual employment prior to the graduate program start date.

I enjoy my role because no two days are the same. Working in R&D I get to use my technical knowledge to solve problems and innovate new products. I am responsible for day-to-day maintenance of formulas and get to work with Manufacturing as well as Marketing to develop new products for our customers.
I work to develop NPD as well as maintaining the current product portfolio. Day-to-day, I balance my time in the lab making formulas and conducting testing, with research, results analysis and meetings.
