Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The overall company is great. Inclusive and open with less hierarchical feeling compared to other companies. My team often have socialising events to connect with colleagues.

My team allows us to have flexible working hours but at least 5 hours should be during the normal working hours which is 8-5. This allows us to complete our tasks in our own speed and still get the work-life-balance. The structure for our team is the Office Specialist reports to Account Managers (AM), then the AMs report to the Senior Account Managers (SAM). The SAMs report to Store Office Services Manager which is currently Leo Liu. Our teamwork is the best at least in my sub-team because we are always willing to cover for anyone that goes on leave, some of us even maintain a relationship out of work, and we can sit with anyone in the team and still have a good chat. Even if our conversations are work-related, they would be positive or a discussion about how to improve our work. So even if our work gets tough, our teammates are always going to be there for one another. For me personally, my team is the best team I could ever ask for. Credits to the managers for creating this kind of environment.

Amazing culture - couldn't ask for more from a first job. My team structure is flat and I often work with the People Leader, while there is a hierarchy it isn't obvious and each team member is approachable. Cooperation and teamwork is high and all colleagues get along really well.

In the office the rapport is good and there is encouragement for after-hours activities which caters to a multitude of individuals and so it feels very inclusive and diverse at the same time.
