The pay for a graduate is quite low. I'm not really aware of the bonuses scheme.

I think the pay is reasonable but not competitive. Other consulting firms pay significantly higher salaries and bonuses.

Travel, dinners, lunches, team activities and networking events are expensed and are lots of fun.

Perks are awesome at FTI, we receive discounts on practically everything you can buy which is very useful. this includes gym membership, food shopping, smart and casual clothing, flights, accommodation and much more.
