Fuse Recruitment is currently seeking recent graduates to step into the role of IT Administrator with one of our esteemed clients. Our client is celebrated for their outstanding workplace environment and has a well-established reputation for excellence within the insurance sector.

What Does an IT Administrator Do?

As an IT Administrator, you will:

  • Technical Assistance: Provide first-line support to staff, handling tasks like password resets, creating new user accounts, and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • System Upkeep: Carry out routine IT maintenance activities, including software updates, system backups, and report generation.
  • User Access Management: Oversee user accounts and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate system access.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and user guides.

What Do You Need?

  • Full Australian working rights – Australian/NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
  • A degree qualification obtained within the past 3 years.
  • Relevant IT experience, particularly with M365, Microsoft Server, and associated technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Register claims and draft reports for adjusters. Also do a bit of admin work such as issuing invoices and keep the claim up to date in the system.

Pros

  • The People - Everyone is super nice. Being Independent - I get left alone to do my work and not helicoptered the whole day.

  • Good working culture and everyone is willing to help out when I have trouble.

  • The people at my company are super friendly and the culture is good. I like the fish tank in the office

  • Career progression, work-life balance.

  • Great people, great clients, always room to move forward

Cons

    • Pay is a little low.

    • Irregular workload - can get really hectic at times but then I have no work at other times.

    • Traffic can sometimes be annoying. But my company is hardly to blame for that!

    • I can think of nothing negative.

    • When I am away from the fish tank. :(
