Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Conduct assessments and early interventions for children and adults.
- Engage in functional capacity assessments (FCAs) and home modifications.
- Utilize assistive technology and online health options.
- Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including OTs, Speech Therapists, Physios, PODs, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists.
About you
Candidates should possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
- National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10 million cover (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Workers screening (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver's license and legal work eligibility in Australia.
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary of $80,000 per annum, with a total package including superannuation of $9,200.
- $8,000 annual vehicle allowance or a fully serviced company vehicle.
- $2,000 professional development allowance and 3 days of study leave.
