Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide assessment and early intervention for children and adults.
• Utilize assistive technology and online health options.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, Physios, and Dietitians.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings for case support and learning.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening (or willingness to obtain).
• A current driver's license and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Legal eligibility to work in Australia.

Compensation & benefits

The role offers a base salary of $87,000, with a total package including superannuation of $97,005. Additional benefits include flexible working arrangements, an $8,000 annual vehicle allowance or company vehicle, a $2,000 professional development allowance, birthday leave, and work-from-home options for report writing.

The program provides weekly one-on-one supervision, team meetings for complex case support, and regular skills assessments to build your caseload based on your interests.
