Your role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be developed through a two-year structured graduate program. This includes rotations to a number of project sites and operations. You will receive technical training reinforced with operational exposures. As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will be responsible for preparing specifications, contracting scopes of work, estimates and schedules, business presentations and reports, coordinating design and construction consultants and contractors, and providing technical support to maintenance and operations personnel within the department. You will experience a diverse range of mining regions across NSW and QLD and be mentored by experienced professionals. You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of the business and the industry. They value development of the talent and give you access to a formal ‘Professional Development Program’ designed to accelerate your leadership potential.

Residential Hunter Valley, NSW
Residential Mudgee, NSW
Residential Greater Mackay region, QLD

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar (prior to commencement)
