Looking to kick-start your career in Technology Consulting? We have additional opportunities for a driven and ambitious graduate to join our Sydney office as a New Associate in 2021.

Our Technology Consulting team works closely with our clients to deliver transformational change, program assurance, performance improvement and technology solutions across financial services, retail, healthcare, public sector and numerous other industries.  Our Technology Consulting practice is focused on enabling business change through digital transformation, automation, data and analytics, cloud computing and emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is agile, responsive and most importantly someone who will bring a thirst for learning.  Your passion for understanding your clients' businesses will see you go beyond addressing technical issues to developing actionable growth recommendations.  You will have a strong passion for technology, and the data and analytics drivers that lead successful technological change.

In addition to studying towards a relevant qualification (STEM as a preference, or business with a data lens), we're looking for people who are passionate about working in consulting, curious, ambitious and who's value align with ours:

Eligibility

To be eligible for our graduate opportunities, you must be:

  • In your final year of study, or have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 2 years; and
  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident.

  • 9 day working fortnights during quiet periods has been amazing. It helps incentivise me to finish my work earlier so I can get time off.

Cons

    • It seems that there is not much cross over between different service lines.

    • Sometimes you are required to work after hours.

    • Sometimes you will need to visit the client that is quite far away.

    • While the starting salary may be lower, the potential for growth and advancement is promising.

    • Lots of online training modules to complete at the beginning.
