Great company culture. General hierarchy goes from Operations Manager-> Regional Manager -> Senior Physio -> physios. Great teamwork within a very supportive environment. Socialising events for colleagues every three months (company organises these)

Lots of activity nights etc. (when covid rules allow). My facility also has great culture! Which is a great bonus
