Above-average pay for mid-tier firms. However, no bonuses are offered to lawyers, unlike most major commercial firms. Bonuses are only offered to senior associates. As a graduate, your pay will be fixed within a band for a few years. The size of the band increases as you get more senior.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Taxi and dinner are paid for by the firm should we need to be at work past 8pm.

I feel my company takes care of its staff. We are reimbursed for meals and for transport if we are required to work late. There are discount offers on tickets and corporate rates available for a number of different things.

Free Taronga zoo pass. Cheap movie tickets. Dinner after 6:30pm is paid for by the firm if you are working late. A taxi home after 8pm is paid for by the firm if you are working late. Cheap gym memberships.
