What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is standard, not sure of the pay of others in more senior roles.
Graduate, Sydney - 02 May 2020
It is an average salary in comparison with the current market, and there are no guaranteed bonuses.

Hard work is definitely recognised

It's okay

The starting base salary for the graduate program is on the lower end of the spectrum, but the efforts made to raise the salaries throughout the program are a good effort towards building up to a reasonable starting salary once the graduate program ends. The "bonus" came in the form of another pay increase, as opposed to a proper bonus. Which comes across as a bit weak, but its more money, so i can't complain.

Bonuses have been excellent. Base pay is poor to average.
Midlevel, Sydney - 02 Mar 2017
Its pretty well known that iress doesn't pay the best, fairly confident i could get at least 10k extra by going somewhere else. No salary packaging (not salary sacrifice) is definitely a negative.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 02 Feb 2017
Currently satisfied with pay levels.

Still on starting salary at the moment, but will be reviewed soon. Remuneration policy has just changed at the company. Need time to see if it is better or not.

Not too worried about pay at early stage. Company still provide enough career progression opportunities. I have received other offers about 25% higher than my current base salary.

It's fair for a beginner, and will have more thoughts when working longer.

Pays well

Originally probably not the highest amongst tech companies, recently had a remuneration re-structure which looks to have increased the base pay substantially.

Not much in way of bonuses in the company but the remuneration is above average
