It is quite flexible, on some days that there is less workload i won't work for as long. However, there are always days where it's easier to stay back for hours do finish off some work. It is extremely flexible.

Flexible work hours

The product i'm currently working on are widely globally, which required a 7:00 a. M. - 7:00 p. M. Production support. Developers take turns to do the production support, which means some one needs to come in early and some one needs to leave late. Normally it's 8 hours per weekday excluding lunch break, but if there are deadlines, working hours might be extended.

The company is very flexible with work hours. The company doesn't try to nickel and dime workers with their hours, and instead focuses on the work performed, and the quality of the work performed during those hours. They're also conscious to assure that a worker never has more on their plate than can be reasonably completed during contracted hours including a reasonable overtime allowance (that is, the occasional long night is no biggie, but the company will definitely look to step in if that becomes a habit)

The company is very flexible, they don't have any restrictions as long as the work is completed. A lot of staff are parents and we have a relaxed atmosphere where people can leave early or arrive late according to familial duties and continue work from home.

Office culture is less about ensuring hours worked, and more ensuring items are complete. There is never any pressure to stay back late, and any need for overtime is carefully considered and always compensated with time in lieu. Management and fellow colleagues are always looking out for workers too. People stay late if they want to, and it's not unheard of for people to stay behind to ensure people aren't alone late at the office
