Everyone is too busy as we are understaffed.

Down to earth, accessible, great mentors. With a global company, sometimes the distance can feel great, but you can take opportunities to interact. Internal comms seem genuine.

My line manager and team leaders are both very approachable and open to chatting about my personal career development. I have fortnightly catchups with my team lead which I find valuable because they support me in the direction I choose my career to go in.

The managers within my team are great, they are always open to assisting me with any of my queries. I do receive positive feedback from upper management regularly, would be nice to receive some more constructive feedback - to really work out what I'm doing well and what I may need to improve on

managers are not easily accessible of no particular fault to them but ratio of managers to number of people in a section is disproportionate, some get more/better access than others

Every managers / senior engineers are actually very good mentors. Jacobs has yearly performance review where your managers ask around the projects you were involved with during the year and enquire about the performance. At the end they also provide recommendation

Managers try to be accessible, but whole team is always busy.

Managers have not been good mentors. Performance feedback was very poor. No praise, no recognition.

The Team leader is very approachable and understanding. other team members are very focused as well on my learning and growth.

Section Manager is available all day to discuss goals/ performance etc. Higher up directors are available if schedule meeting/coffee
