Salary at Johnstaff

Johnstaff offers a competitive salary as a graduate.

I am not aware if there are any bonuses as I am still at the end of the hierarchy, however the salary is definitely competitive.

Johnstaff pay to the award rate and will reward you based on the quality of your work.

I believe my pay is generally in line with what would be expected by someone at my level of experience. I am aware that there is a bonus system at the company; however at this stage in my career, I have not yet been eligible.

Johnstaff offers a lower salary than most as a graduate, in fact it was the lowest paying offer I got. But what you get in return is worth it. Their leniency with hours and company culture means you're happier than working 60-70 hour weeks every week and no social life. That's something money can't buy.
