Very robust onboarding process, which covers all aspects of the business
Graduate, Hastings - 12 Sep 2024
Online training that are mandatory as well as general e-learning module. Shadowing people to learn day-to-day requirements. I've learnt, organisation, communication skills. How to manage people better. I've learnt the ability to create learning modules for the company. How to facilitate presentations. I've created resources for internal and external audiences.
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Sep 2024
There are lots of online trainings made available to us. Many of the more important lessons I've picked up have been on the job, I think the best training that we have available to us is largely a culture within the company of coworkers being available and accessible if you need to ask questions & happy to help.

As grads at Kraft Heinz, you'll start off your program with around 3 months of comprehensive onboarding which consists of functional inductions, business case, factory tour, field sales etc before you get placed into your first officlal rotation.
Graduate, Auckland - 06 Sep 2024
I have gained so much insight and knowledge of how the company runs which has been best taken on board through informal trainings / off sites and speaking to leaders within the business.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Sep 2024
I have been provided ample training by Kraft Heinz. training includes a project management course, Lean Six Sigma yellow belt training, lots of interactive learning sessions and being taken to the UK to visit top performing factories.
Graduate, Brisbane - 03 Sep 2024
I feel like formal training has been a 10/10, but on the job training has not been as good
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Sep 2024
We are in month 2 and are still in training sessions / onboarding. They really value training us up for the job so we go in with knowledge.
Graduate, Melbourne - 31 Jan 2023
Exceptional training during the onboarding month for new trainees. There is a lot of focus on learning and development throughout the whole graduate program.
Graduate, Melbourne - 30 Jan 2023
big investment in training

Yeah, training doesn't exist. If you make friends with a few good people in this company they're willing to take out an hour of their day to show you Excel tips and tricks, and/or walk you through processes/knowledge bases in your role. Otherwise, you're on you own.
Graduate, Melbourne - 03 Oct 2018
The informal training is very strong. Direct managers take time to show you how to do your job and are always very helpful when asked a question. Formal training which will help our careers doesn't occur very often and we are expected to learn more so from a hands on approach.
Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Oct 2018
Induction and then online courses, not overly practical and continuous learning.
Graduate, Melbourne - 02 Oct 2018
Online training predominantly

Ownerversity is good. Negotiation, excel

Have a learning website dedicated to training. This is fairly generic training and largely targeted at the corporate side of the business. However, my department in particular is very good and efficient at training out new processes that are implemented. If necessary, a couple of hours within a day will be blocked out for training purposes.
Graduate, Hasting - 06 Sep 2018
Access to online courses at will, as well as lots of learning on the fly. It's a very lean company, which means occasionally there will be positions you need to learn in a hurry. Sometimes this sucks and is stressful, but I've found it really beneficial to learn the different roles on site. This tended to happen before I had a defined role - now that I have an official role, it's less likely I'll need to step in.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Sep 2018
No formal trainings. You learn on the job.
Midlevel, Melbourne - 05 Sep 2018
Definitely a field the company could improve on, I feel like I'm learning most of the things independently/as I go in my day-to-day duties.
Graduate, Melbourne - 05 Sep 2018
The induction was great! One a full time employee there could be more effective training session to get you up to date with processes and procedures.
