The culture of the business is strong both inside and outside of the office. There is a lot of cross collaboration and teamwork within the office and it is not uncommon for the team to celebrate different wins and things that are going on within the office. Whether it's a team get together on a Friday evening or a team celebration in the office these different activities happen often

Kraft Heinz has such an awesome culture! People are so friendly & helpful inside of work & extremely social outside of it. Hierarchy feels very flat

A healthy competitive culture exists in the sales team. The sales function in particular is quite youthful. The path to promotion used to be a lot more opaque but work has been done recently to improve things

Global companies are not for all. Importance is understanding the culture you are joining and if that culture is something that motivates you or not. The structure is very flat allowing 'junior' levels to make a lot of decisions. For me this means that I have progressed my learning quickly and is something I enjoy. Outside of work we have a social football team and there are always people going to Friday drinks. The people in the NZ office are great!

Teamwork is a bit lacking. You will be working long hours but it is rewarding if results are delivered.

Bureaucratic, restructuring frequently, cross-departmental interactions need a bit of work, but my team is A+

Strong company social culture, but not necessarily driven by the organisation
