Was a rather long interview process containing multiple stages. The main downside to the process was having to complete it all online, however the team handled it extremely well considering. The main stages were a self recorded video interview, assessment center with other applicants & a individual presentation & interview

For the graduate programme; rigorous. Multi-stage, many rounds including group interviews + individual presentations. In recent years the competitive nature of the interview process has been toned down ( a good thing).

What questions were you asked in your interviews?
To be honest I can't exactly remember other than what is your biggest weakness

We were lucky enough to get to present a case study in our individual interview. This allowed us to demonstrate a bit about ourselves as well as how we would tackle a problem using our experience. Some questions were related to our presentation & others were questions such as tell us a time when you displayed "insert attribute"

Be yourself. Whatever that might mean to you I think authenticity is very important at our company

Would definitely be yourself and remember that it is not only about whether you would be a good fit for the company but also would the company be a good fit for you.

Be different, be a personality. Ask thoughtful questions. Don't try to be too corporate.

Just be yourself. Don't just say yes because you think that's what we want to hear. We genuinely want to put people in the correct role for them

Have a good structure for answering situational questions i.e. STAR technique. Prepare multiple examples where you demonstrate particular skills.
