  • The opportunity to experience different areas of the business... Great introductory to a career.

  • Linfox has strong company values in safety, health & wellbeing, as well as striving for operational progression.

  • At this site there are multiple good mentors that continuously find time to help your development and growth.

  • Great culture, big company and a focus on continuous improvements all the time.

Cons

    • There is no guaranteed employment post-graduation, and the lack of clear career progression paths can leave graduates uncertain about their future within the company.

    • The onboarding process can be inconsistent, with some graduates feeling there is not enough planned work or guidance, leading to periods of confusion and downtime.

    • Grads must take a proactive step which isn't a bad thing, however sites usually have no clue what to do with a grad.

    • No guaranteed employment post-graduate program and long hours.
