The company provides safe places free from discrimination. They take ethics pretty seriously with a large focus on inclusion in the workplace. Many people have been there a long time. They offer extended maternity leave and open arms when returning, even if it's a longer period than usual.

Engineering has few women, might be related to the lack in the field, other fields have more. No issues with minorities, and I don?t ask about LGBT things. Maternity leave is offered, many possible perks or flexible time to help with these things.
