Quick feedback and highlights the importance of face to face interview

I think for my program - because I'm under the Management Trainee program it's more structured during my time. We have four rounds - 1 group case study, 1 group presentation, 1 panel interview, 1 individual interview then final offer. However in terms of recruitment out of the program we don't have someone currently in charge of recruitment and acquisition in HR. Referrals are mostly internal and movements as well are internal -- going out to head hunt seems like a last resort or desperate last option from what I've observed which makes the company a bit harder or less accessible for young talents.

The interview process for me was really simple and fast

It could be a little bit faster, but all the processes are very straight forward and not taxing for a fresh graduate.

Experience, Personal Interests, Advantage, Strengths, Weaknesses, and Value add to the company

Regular leadership, skill, and personal career questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Lots of tell me a time whens, and situational assessment questions.

The questions given to me were more inquiries regarding my character

Confidence is the key and always put your best foot forward

Show that you are willing to learn and you're driven towards sharing growth with others. Follow the CAR/STAR format and always focus on results and what you could do better next time. Be transparent about your goals and where you envision yourself to be.

I think it is important to be genuine because recruiters can see who are true vs. those that are wearing a mask during interviews
