About the Program

Sitting as part of our Mantel Group team, we are looking for enthusiastic commerce or business graduates, with a passion for accounting, to join our Future Associates Program. A permanent position underpinned by a 12 month development program that lets you build your own journey as you embark on your graduate career, this program acts as the perfect springboard to kick-start your career in accounting and finance.

Whatever your interests in this space, we will work with you to carve a career tailored to you; we create a plan unique to you, so you only complete the training that enables you to grow and achieve your professional and personal goals

We are looking for people who want to do finance and accounting differently and have a strong interest in embracing emerging technologies in this space to make things better. Working as part of a collaborative team who thrive on challenging the status quo, you will be supported to come up with your own ideas and processes to constantly improve the way we do things. With exposure to everything from month-end reporting and general accounting activities, through to exciting project work, this role will really suit a candidate who is open to exploring all facets of a career in accounting and trying multiple different areas.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have any of the following;

• An Interest in a career in accounting and finance 
• Are looking to launch your career after graduating with a degree (undergrad or postgrad) in commerce or business related subjects
• Have completed a diploma or certificate IV in accounting or bookeeping
• Have a passion for making things better through continuous process improvement, and an interest in emerging technologies
• You are looking for a supportive workplace with a team dedicated to your development

Please note, in order to be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, or have full working rights in the form of a Temporary Partner visa
