About the role and Program

Sitting as part of DigIO, our brand that focuses on developing end to end digital solutions,  we are looking for Business Analysis and Consulting enthusiasts who are keen to partake in our Future Associates Program; a 12 month program that lets you build your own journey as you embark on your career in tech.

Your career path is as unique as you and that’s why at Mantel we co- design your career to ensure that we enable you to be the best you can be (and love what you’re doing at the same time!)

However you want to structure your first 12 months with Mantel, we’ll support you on the journey.

All Future Associates will become part of Peak Academy; our development program that supports your professional and technical growth and like our program, is tailored to fit. We create a plan unique to you so you only complete the training that enables you to grow and achieve your professional and personal goals

About you

We would love to hear from you if:

• You are interested in a career that enables you to work closely with clients to solve their business and technology problems
• You want to learn more about Lean and Agile frameworks to enable software delivery
• You have a flexible approach, are not afraid of ambiguity and approach the unknown with a sense of curiosity
• You like breaking down problem statements, working with a team of like-minded individuals to collaboratively build a solution, and have a knack for building relationships with your teams and stakeholders
• You are looking to launch your career in tech after graduating with a degree (undergrad or postgrad) in information technology, information management, computer science, business, economics or a related field.

Please note, in order to be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, or have full working rights in the form of a Temporary Partner visa
