About the Program

Sitting as part of our Mantel Group team, we are looking for enthusiastic commerce or business graduates to join our Future Associates Program! A 12 month program that lets you build your own journey as you embark on your graduate career, the program acts as the perfect springboard to kick-start your career in operations.

At Mantel Group, we believe that your career path is as unique as you and that’s why we co- design your graduate career to ensure that we enable you to be the best you can be (and love what you’re doing at the same time!)

We are looking for people who are keen to start out a career in Business Operations in a BA focused role and can provide an innovative lens on business process improvement and effective reporting and analysis.

All Future Associates will become part of Peak Academy; our in-house learning and development program that supports your professional and technical growth and like our program, is tailored to fit. We create a plan unique to you, so you only complete the training that enables you to grow and achieve your professional and personal goals.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you have any of the following;

• An Interest in a career in Business Operations
• Are looking to launch your career after graduating with a degree (undergrad or postgrad) or similar in commerce or business related subjects
• Have a passion for making things better through continuous process improvement, and an interest in emerging technologies
• You are looking for a supportive workplace with a team dedicated to your development

Please note, in order to be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian citizen/permanent resident, or have full working rights in the form of a Temporary Partner visa
