Being an Advisor at the Ministry of Education is a fast-paced, dynamic role. Identifying the type of enquiry and corresponding process
Gathering information and determining who to speak to within the Ministry
Drafting an email response
Module 1: Identifying the correct process (1 - 2 hours)
Read an email from the public and identify the type of enquiry it falls under
Module 2: Gathering Information (45 minutes - 1.5 hours)
Determine the Secondary Tertiary team member(s) who would be best able to provide the relevant information required to respond to the enquiry
Module 3: Writing and sign-outs (30 minutes - 1 hour)
Draft an email response to the enquiry, drawing on your own research and following the Ministryโs guidelines
