- Full-time salary for the duration of the course
- Once graduated, you will launch into MYOB's Future Makers Academy as a Protégé Developer
- When ready, you will join a crew as a permanent software developer

As a grad, I focus on specific projects such as developing console applications and APIs.
Learning new concepts while working on assigned tasks and meeting with mentors to discuss concerns and such.

When given so much freedom it can be hard to know which way to go. Fortunately, there are plenty of people happy to answer questions to help you find out.

The transition from acceleration -> crew rotations -> associate is very manual and not well supported. The individual graduate has to find their own way and sometimes it's a hit and miss where they end up.
