2022 Graduate Program – Business Bank (Feb 2022)

Our program commences in February 2022 and you'll complete a rotational program designed to give you broad experience, introducing you to all aspects of life at one of Australia's largest and most successful financial institutions.

The Business Bank team

We are on a journey to be the World's Best Business Bank and we need exceptional bankers who are commercially and digitally savvy, and who deliver a world-class customer experience.  

As part of the Business Bank you will:

• Develop and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform credit analysis, financial modelling and interpretation of customers financial information.
• Deliver superior customer service by managing the end to end the lending process
• Support bankers to provide tailored and integrated financial solutions.
• Use direct and digital channels to support our customers' everyday needs.
• Construct facility renewals and business lending proposals with rationale for approval.
• Proactively identify and fulfil sales opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of bank products to match our customer needs.
• Assist in the acquisition and onboarding of new customers.
