Commencing in May 2022 this is a structured learning and development graduate program with hands-on experience. You’ll be responsible for developing and nurturing strong client relationships, and directly supporting our customers with some of the key financial and service needs.

My role is to run Early Careers programs and acquire Talent for the bank. I also attend external careers expo's and help to deliver graduate training and development programs.
