NousCubane is seeking a passionate, driven and committed Client Success Intern to deliver outstanding support to their tertiary education client base. Working closely with the Head of Client Success, you will support the implementation of the Ziplet student check-in platform, providing educators with an easy digital solution to enhance student engagement and learning.

In this role, you will 

  • Work closely with the Client Success team, working with Ziplet’s clients from day one
  • Coordinate reporting and analytics to shape stakeholder engagement
  • Help shape stakeholder presentations and identify relevant insights
  • Support all initiatives designed to increase product adoption including:
    • Coordinating the engagement with academic leaders
    • Supporting the development and distribution of training and support communications.
  • Be at the forefront of support requests and requirements including:
    • Responding to requests for support via all channels (e.g. Zendesk)
    • Collaborate with the Client Success team to lead the development and maintenance of digital support resources.
  • Support product development through customer insights, feedback and needs.

A bit about you: 

  • Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Intelligent and academically accomplished.
  • Skilled in quantitative analysis, including the use of spreadsheets.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, using initiative to draw on the expertise of those around you.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role advantageous
  • Previous experience documenting professional processes or policies is highly regarded.  

The role would be ideal for a candidate who is a current student or recent university graduate looking to gain professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
