The Graduate Program provides you with the experience, supervision, mentoring and training necessary to make a meaningful contribution to Nova and determine your own career pathway.

What you will be involved in:
Graduates in the C4ISREW, Space & Cyber stream are involved in projects including:
- Space launch policy and safety assurance
- RF engineering on the Space Industry – Responsive – Intelligent – Thermal (SpIRIT) Nano-satellite mission
- Electromagnetic Spectrum Management and RF Engineering development
What we would expect from you:
We are seeking a personable individual with the following experience/skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics majors preferred).
- Australian Citizenship with a current AGSVA clearance (or the ability to obtain a security clearance at the appropriate level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent client management/stakeholder engagement skills.
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude.

Probably due to the lack of knows, the industry is unpredictable, but that doesn’t always have to transfer to the grad program. There could be some fallback structure.
The office environment can on occasions often feel too quiet and remote.
The type of work can be not as interesting sometimes.
Graduate program was underwhelming. I don't think I have learnt a lot as an engineer.
Limited work opportunities. Tightened policy on relocation & flexible work.
