Pros and cons of working at Nova Systems

Pros

  • The community and culture are amazing. Everyone is friendly and always welcoming.

  • Flexible hours, good support.

  • The flexibility of work, variety of opportunities available and positive work environment.

  • The company invests in fostering community spirit and an interconnected culture.

  • Lots of amazing people who are willing to help and aid in your growth.

Cons

    • Probably due to the lack of knows, the industry is unpredictable, but that doesn’t always have to transfer to the grad program. There could be some fallback structure.

    • The office environment can on occasions often feel too quiet and remote.

    • The type of work can be not as interesting sometimes.

    • Graduate program was underwhelming. I don't think I have learnt a lot as an engineer.

    • Limited work opportunities. Tightened policy on relocation & flexible work.
