About our Agronomy Graduate Program:

The Nutrien Ag Solutions Agronomy Graduate Program is a two year program during which you will develop broad agronomic input knowledge work with experienced agronomists and perform on farm support and consultation with clients to support the achievement of their production goals and contribute to our overall business goals.

Whether you are located close to home or relocate to one of our locations within Australia, you will have access to our entire business.

We will select a suitable mentor and coach who is a senior leader within the business.  There will be many opportunities to network, share ideas and build your confidence.

Throughout the two years you will undertake on the job skills and knowledge training and development. We want this to be a hands-on, real experience. You will also be provided with financial assistance for further education and technical skills training programs.

You will gain exposure to key areas of our business which will enable you to develop leadership, decision making, analytical capabilities, sales, customer focus and marketing skills.  Our aim is to develop future leaders and subject matter experts within Nutrien Ag Solutions.

Are you ready to grow your career with us?

To be considered for the Agronomy Graduate Program, you will graduate in 2021 with a degree in Agricultural Science, Rural Science or related degree and be able to demonstrate customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities. In addition:

You will demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.

When thinking about whether you should apply for the graduate program at Nutrien Ag Solutions, ask yourself the following:  Am I curious? Do I want a long-term career in agronomy? Have I demonstrated leadership in University and extra-curricular activities?  Did I graduate with a credit average or higher? Can I work full time when the program starts in February 2022?  Am I willing to work in and relocate to regional areas?

If you have answered yes to these questions, we want to hear from you!

Once you apply, your application will be reviewed, and selected candidates will progress to an initial video interview with a member of our Talent Attraction team.  We want to hear about your passion for farming and crop production and most importantly, how your goals and values align with ours.
