Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2025 Agronomy Graduate Program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader in the agriculture industry. The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, community, performance, and innovation.
Commencing in February 2025, our 24-month program will see you will join a cohort of other ambitious Graduates. You will learn directly from Nutrien Ag Solutions leaders, join a global community of more than 23,000 employees, and travel to various regional locations to see exactly how our products and services work. As a Nutrien Ag Solutions Graduate you will be adding value as a full-time permanent employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

At the conclusion of the 24-month program, Nutrien Ag Solutions Agronomy Graduates will continue to add value to our company and their relevant team in an ongoing full time capacity.
To be considered for the 2024 Agronomy Graduate Program, you will graduate in 2023 (or no longer than 3 years ago) with a degree in Ag or Rural Science and be able to demonstrate customer service, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
