What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

I am offered a salary increase only through PRW, the brand owner, and the salary increase was very low this financial year. I do not receive any benefits of the PRUK bonus scheme, which is a shame as I am contributing to their local success.

Bonuses are given based on performance which I like however the pay can be a little hard depending on the city you live in

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.

Occasional wine samples and fantastic events to attend in London and around the UK. A return flight to Australia once every calendar year is a huge bonus also.
