Salary at PEXA

Its fairly fair. Bonuses are tied to performance, both personal and as a company. So set reasonable goals and achieve them and you will get your bonus.

At PEXA, all full time employees are eligible for PEXA's bonus/incentive program which is not exclusively tied to company performance. Part of this program rewards employees for reaching their individual performance goals or when they complete compliance training before the due date. The overall package consisting of base salary in conjunction with the Bonus Program is something I am extremely happy to have.

For graduates the pay seems to be the industry average. Even through the pandemic, PEXA provided employees their annual bonus and pay increase.

I feel really lucky to be getting paid for my graduate program and at quite a high level. I was also very surprised when I found out that I would be receiving a bonus on top of that.

Get Uber Eats vouchers occasionally. Free dinner if working late. Tends to be lots of free food on offer throughout the weeks.

Unfortunately, for a tech company, PEXA doesn't have that many perks relative to the industry competitors, however we do have some unique mental health and work/life benefits exclusive to us. An example would be our child care allowance, extended parental leave and 4 "Wellness" days that employees are able to take off, no reason needed.

Wellness days. Each year we have four wellness days allotted which we can use to have a day off to unwind and refresh ourselves. Another is the free snacks and drinks provided in the office.
